Scheduling
Once you decide on the product needed, scheduling your delivery is easy. Reach out by giving us a call, sending a text, or simply schedule on the website. We work with you to answer any questions you might have and arrange a delivery time that is convenient for your schedule.
Delivery
On your scheduled delivery date, we'll reach out to confirm that we are on schedule and provide you with an estimated time of arrival. Upon arrival, our goal is to dump or spread your material in the desired location. In cases where the location is not accessible for our dump truck, we work with you to identify an alternative suitable location.
Payment
Payment is collected after delivery. We accept cash, check, debit and credit cards. If you will not be home at the time of delivery, we email you an invoice that you can conveniently pay online with a card.

HOW MUCH LEAD TIME DO I NEED FOR A DELIVERY?
We request at least one day’s lead time for deliveries. If we happen to have time to deliver the same day you order, we’ll let you know. During busy periods, especially summer, we can be booked out several weeks.
DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR DELIVERY?
If we are dumping the load in one spot, you typically don’t have to be home. We will have you leave a marker out or text us a picture of where you would like it dumped prior to delivery.
If you would like us to tailgate spread the material out of the back of the dump truck, we would prefer you be home for delivery.
HOW CAN I PAY IF I WON'T BE HOME WHEN YOU DELIVER?
If paying by cash or check, you can leave it in a designated spot and we will leave a receipt in it’s place after delivery. If paying by credit or debit card, we will email or text you (your preference) an invoice after delivery that you can pay online.
WHAT KIND OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Cash App.
DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE DELIVERY?
Yes. All of our prices include the product and delivery.
CAN YOU DROP-OFF MATERIAL ON MY LAWN OR ANOTHER OFFROAD AREA?
If conditions allow, we will go off-road for delivery, we can typically only do this in dry weather months. We will not drive over or through curbs, sidewalks, drain fields, fresh concrete, deep mud, soft soil or area’s littered with debris. Overhead obstacles (power lines, large tree limbs, ect) will limit where we can dump as well.
CAN YOU DUMP-SPREAD MY GRAVEL LOAD?
We will do our best to spread your delivery, given the limitations (overhead wires, trees, access, ect.) we encounter at your location. However, we cannot guarantee that this will result in an even distribution of material. It is up to customers to supply the equipment and labor necessary to finish their driveways.
